Take a look at this zip :

You'll find all the sample that were on the blackhole that was hosting the file mentionned by F-secure. (188.190.98.126 The mentionned sample appeared 2 hours 2012-05-15 03:30:47 --> 2012-05-15 05:30:47)
You'll see many other version of this Ransomware feature in this Zip. (but can't tell you that you'll only find that...maybe other things).

Hello, I'm looking for a dropper of "Celas" ransomware

a) I think FakePoliceAlert, requests 50 euros and seems like it is typically bundled with ZeroAccess rootkit.
b) Sorry no MD5
c) Some more information here
