Is there a 64 bit of Hacker defender available? I would like to try out Hacker defender in 64 bit machines.

HxDef was written using an ancient Delphi version, so obviously there's no 64 bit version. Also, techniques used by HxDef are pretty much irrelevant today.
You're better off collecting some modern active rootkit samples that target x64 for your testing.
