Most CrackMe programs are pretty old, but this was always my go-to - http://crackmes.de/ due to its filtering options, etc. Requires registration.

There are a lot of crackme (various technologies)

i've coded some crackmes for a french community also (zenk-security.com) but avoid sharing serials or solutions.
It's in attach, some are 'buggy' also but it's not really a problem for solving them.

Hacking challenge site similar to canyouhack.it, Valhalla, OverTheWire.org etc.., not really a good source of crackmes and foreign language.
if you look for diversity best choice is crackmes.de
