Windows 10 booting issue

The thing is that after updating to the latest version of the Windows 10, the system is not booting and the screen has turned into blue. I am not being able to see anything and it is showing ERROR CODE 0XC0000428 on the interface. I need to fix ERROR CODE 0XC0000428 to make my system run. Please suggest me a way to fix that.
